RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Orders may be cancelled before item is processed by our fulfillment staff. Items are usually processed within 12 hours of order being placed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and cancellation request.
We accept returns for a full or partial refund, reviewed on a case by case basis, within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Returns require the original receipt, tags and/or label must be attached and products must be unused. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. Please note, returns do take us 3-5 business days to process upon reaching us. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
